About the Author — David Q. Harris
David Q. Harris is a former Canadian litigation lawyer who specialized in employment law and workplace disputes. Over the course of his legal career, he represented both employers and employees in wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, human rights, and occupational health and safety matters.
