Establishing a Causal Link in Constructive Dismissal

It stands to reason that the refusal to remain employed and take action must be due to the change in the employment terms. There must be shown such a causal link. A contrary finding which led to the dismissal of the action at trial was found in a 2017 decision, one confirmed on appeal. 1
